Namashibori-Yuzu-Ponzu is a traditional ponzu sauce made from local fresh yuzu (citrus) seasoned with honjozo shoyu (soy sauce), amazake, hon mirin.
Serve with sushi or sashimi, use in salad dressing, marinades and dipping sauce.
Ingredients: Yuzu (citrus) juice, honjozo shoyu (soy sauce, including soya bean and wheat), hon mirin, fermented seasoning (rice), kombu seaweed, dried bonito (fish) flakes, amazake, plum.
Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate once open.
