Namashibori-Daidai-Ponzu is the traditional daidai (citrus) ponzu sauce made from fresh daidai. Daidai is considered to have the best aroma and flavor, and to be an original citrus for ponzu sauce. Marusho uses a large quantity of fresh daidai juice and seasoned it with natural ingredients.
Serve with sushi & sashimi or use in dressings, vinaigrettes & marinades.
